• Loose gear: hooks, shackles, swivels & blocks etc.
• Spreaders, lifting beams, head block of telescopic spreader
• Annual examination of all derricks, cranes & loose gears

 

 

Issue certificates & endorsement in cargo gear register. Renewal of structures of deck cranes as per class requirements.   Carry out testing, issuing certificates for twist locks of container lifting spreaders as per dock safety regulations.

 

 

 

Hatch Cover

P&I Clubs ever more are requesting for ultrasonic hatch cover and weather tightness test methods, opposed to the old-fashioned hose water test that does not necessarily reveal all the leaks/defects of the rubber seals and other attachment means of the hatch covers.

We have in our capacity the latest technology in this type of ultrasonic equipment, certified by American Bureau of Shipping for professionally delivering this service of non-destructive testing on board ships and also to the wider on-shore industry.

 

 

Our specialists authorized to conduct these types of surveys can indicate to the Client all the areas that require special care and attention, so that their cargoes will be safe for transport, as weather and water tightness are concerned.
